Job Description

Are you a skilled Welder ready to build your future with a company that values quality, safety, and your success?

Our client, a top-tier manufacturing company in New Haven, CT, is actively hiring experienced Welders to join their dynamic team!

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Starting Rate: $20.00+/Hr.

Welder Essential Functions:

  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ensure welds meet industry and company standards for strength and appearance
  • Collaborate with a team focused on precision, safety, and continuous improvement

Welder Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in welding (MIG/TIG preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Certification is a plus, but not required
