Expert Staffing is HIRING Warehouse Associates & Machine Operators in Wallingford, CT.

Schedule: 1st Shift

Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr.

Warehouse Associates Job Duties:

  • Sort recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, metals, paper, glass) based on type and quality.
  • Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet processing standards.
  • Operate equipment such as balers, shredders, or conveyors to prepare materials for further processing.
  • Organize and stack recyclables in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Keep accurate records of the volume and types of materials received and processed

Warehouse Associate Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Warehouse/Machine Operating experience required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Experience in a warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
