WMS Coordinator

Our client is seeking a qualified WMS Coordinator in Westfield, MA.

Position Summary: Coordinate WMS along with the physical material being shipped and/or received. Maintain accurate inventory in warehouses.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute orders to the warehouse.
• Coordinate shipments between different carriers for warehouse.
• Allocate shipping of daily outbound shipments..
• Monitor/Document
• Submit half cut requests from CSR
• Print ROs.
• Separate ROs between LTL, DTS, FTL and Will Call.
• Monitor/Schedule/Receive/Record RMAs/Returns.
• Schedule carriers for pickups.
• Complete stock transfers.
• Open & close warehouse as needed
• Inspect outbound shipments as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Two (2) or more years of warehouse experience or relevant work
• Organizational skills
• Attention to details
• Able to multi-task
• Computer skills
