Sales Coordinator

Our client is seeking a qualified Sales Coordinator to join their team in Springfield, MA. This is a temp to hire position that will offer stability and room for advancement.

Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr.

Job Summary: Supports Sales Group with orders and provide excellent support to sales group and customers.

Job Duties:

• Reviews and enters new sales orders
• Maintains and updates orders.
• Oversee all base reporting
• Assists with the monthly reporting.
• Tracks hot list reporting.
• Develops/maintains all quotes in Syspro.
• Request releases for orders.
• Enter received items to Silver St into Syspro.
• Maintains sales brochures in office.
• Assist sales staff with sales orders changes
• Obtain revised purchase orders from customers, machine release requests
• Answering phones, copying, filing and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with other computer programs preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' clerical experience
• Previous experience in sales environment preferred
• Able to easily learn company software for sales data base
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
