Replenishment Lead

Our client located in Littleton, Ma is seeking a qualified Replenishment Lead to join their team!

 Starting Rate: $20.00/Hr.

Job summary: The Replenishment Lead is responsible for supervising all operations, functions and personnel in Replenishment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise work force and workflow.
• Monitor functionality of all operations.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor and maintain daily replenishments.
• Resolve any inventory issues/replenishment issues that arise
• Ensure replenishment functions are being done properly
• Understand, follow and enforce company policies
• Commitment to work extra hours as required to run the department
• Communicate with other departments to promote cooperation
• Supervision Responsibilities: Ensure that all staff receives orientation, training and re-training to maintain and improve essential duties and technical expertise needed to competently and safely perform their work. Coach leads and associates on a daily basis to promote adherence to company policies and procedures while managing the team to meet and exceed department and corporate goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Two to five years related supervisory experience preferred.
• MUST be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Experience with various equipment necessary (fork trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) – Must be fork truck certifiable and be able to train others in appropriate usage of equipment.
• Computer experience required.
• Must be willing to always put safety first and represent all company rules and policies.
• Ability to lift, pull and push at least 50 pounds.
