Quality Systems Coordinator
Job Description
Our client located in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Temporary Quality Systems Coordinator to support their Quality System through document review, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with Document Control. This role is essential in ensuring we meet ISO 13485 standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Schedule: 1st shift, 3-month assignment (temporary)
Starting Rate: $25.00/Hr.
Quality Systems Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of completed batch records for GMP compliance.

Update and complete documentation per Quality System standards.

Ensure revised documentation matches system changes and hard copies.

Maintain alignment between Master Document binders and electronic records.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of Quality System logs.

Promptly report any quality system issues to management.

Perform basic data entry using Microsoft Excel.
Quality Systems Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.

Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 preferred.

Familiarity with GMP and document batch records.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Typing and keyboarding proficiency a plus.

Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Knowledge of fractions, decimals, and statistical process control is a bonus.

Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
