Expert Staffing is HIRING Production Workers & Machine Operators in the greater New Haven, CT Area!

Schedules: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Starting Rate: $16.00/Hr.

Production Worker/ Machine Operator Duties:

  • Operating machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and maintaining equipment as needed.
  • Handling materials within the warehouse, including sorting, storing, and moving items
  • Performing basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and fabrication.
  • Working on the assembly line to fabricate components and products.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required.
  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining equipment.
  • Ability to operate tools such as calipers, lathes, and forklifts.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Experience working on an assembly line is a plus.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
