Expert Staffing is looking to hire experienced Plastic Machine Operators in Clinton! In partnership with Phillips-Medisize, we are seeking qualified operators that are looking for continued growth.
12HR Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
Plastic Assembler/Operator Objective:
Produce products to meet customer specifications by operating injection molding machines, automation cells, and performing manual assembly production, performing `pre' and 'post' molding operations and in process product quality inspections, and conducting final inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria; check for contamination
- Navigate files and locate documents with a computer
- Access, read, comprehend and follow operator's guide and work instructions
- Trim and package parts according to customer standards
- Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts and share information with Mold Techs about problems or process variations
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate basic computer skills
- Basic math skills; including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Must be team oriented and self-directing
- Must have a strong commitment to quality, safety and communication
- Must have knowledge of the impact of the work on the environment
