Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Plant Lead to join their team in Billerica, MA.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-2:30pm Friday (5:00am-1:30pm) (Saturday's as needed)

Starting Rate: $19.00-$20.00/Hr

Plant Lead Job Summary:

Under general supervision, coordinates and conducts daily plant operations to improve production, ensure safety.

Plant Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily production activities
  • Enters finished goods into inventory
  • Orders supplies as needed
  • Assist with the coordination of workflow and assignments
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production workers

Plant Lead Requirements:

  • Previous lead experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in loud / dusty environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs
