Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Shipping Clerk for our client in Worcester, MA!

Schedules:

  • 8:00am-5:00pm (1/2-hour lunch)
  • 10:00am and 3:00pm (15-minute break)

Starting Rate: $21.00/Hr.

Parts Shipping Clerk Job Summary: This position involves managing inventory, stock put-away, order picking and packing, and handling all aspects of receiving and shipping using UPS WorldShip and USPS shipping software.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory control
  • Put away incoming stock and organize inventory areas
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Handle receiving and shipping processes
  • Utilize UPS WorldShip and USPS software to process outgoing shipments
  • Ensure all shipments are completed accurately and on time

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
  • A solid work history demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing, basic math skills, and general computer literacy
  • Knowledge of shipping methods through UPS and USPS
  • Willingness to go above and beyond when needed
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
