Expert Staffing is hiring TOP TALENT in Sutton MA. Our client is seeking qualified Operators to join their team.

These are temp to hire positions with growing a growing manufacturing facility.

12 hour day shift: 5:00am-5:30pm

Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Operator Job Duties:

• Read work orders and production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, location of the feed line, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Operate various types of manufacturing equipment
• Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and testing equipment
• Monitor equipment during the production process to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues (e.g., unusual noises, irregularities, etc.)
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure product specifications are met.
• Continuously monitor product quality, including checking for defects or inconsistencies, and make adjustments to the process when necessary.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or process issues, and report problems to supervisors or maintenance teams for repairs.
• Ensure that production goals and timelines are met while maintaining a high level of product quality.

Operator Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years manufacturing experience is required
• Understanding of Calipers and Micrometers is preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pass background & drug screen
