Job Description

Our client is seeking Material Coordinators to join their team in Deerfield, MA.

Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm

Starting Rate: $18.00-$20.00/Hr

Material coordinator Responsibilities: 

Coordinate physical material being shipped and/or received. Maintain accurate inventory. Provide information to Corporate Office in a timely manner ensuring consistency between systems. Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

  • Distribute orders to the warehouse.
  • Coordinate shipments between different carriers for warehouse.
  • Allocate shipping of daily outbound shipments.
  • Receive and move cells of daily inbounds.
  • Email Inbounds to Logistics
  • Monitor/Document/Cut of half sheets.
  • Monitor locations physically vs. WMS.
  • Monitor/Schedule/Receive/Record Returns.
  • Respond to Corporate requests.
  • Schedule carriers for pickups.
  • Request approval of different lots.
  • Complete stock transfers.
  • Keep track of same day shipments/ shipments sent after cut off
  • Send daily shipping report to all CSRs and Logistics team
