We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Shift Mixer Operator to join our dynamic team in the food production industry.
Schedule: 12:00am-8:30am (weekend availability required)
Starting Rate: $16.75+
Job Summary: The Mixer Operator is responsible for accurately combining raw ingredients according to specific formulations to produce high-quality food products
Duties
- Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients
- Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers
- Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies
- Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process
- Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings
- Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping
- Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Skills
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial mixing is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, including weights and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Understanding of GMP's is a plus
