Job Description

Our client located in Greater New Haven, CT is seeking skilled Soldering Technicians to join their growing team!

Schedule: 7:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr.

Soldering Technician Job Summary: As a Soldering Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards or metal assemblies using hand-soldering techniques or automated equipment. Attention to detail, steady hands, and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential.

Essential Duties:

  • Soldering electronic components onto circuit boards.
  • Joining metal parts or wires, ensuring proper bonding.
  • Using tools like soldering irons, soldering guns, and wave soldering machines
  • Perform hand-soldering and/or machine-assisted soldering of electrical components or metal joints.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Experience & Required Skills:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in soldering
  • Must be mechanically and electronically inclined
  • Previous experience working on circuit boards
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
