Merchandiser

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment? Our client is seeking a Merchandiser to assist throughout multiple locations in Northern Berkshire County!

Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday/weekend availability preferred) 

Hourly Rate: $25.00 (includes travel and cell phone reimbursement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and respond to customer needs with appropriate products and solutions.
• Set up displays using current point-of-sale materials to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Maintain established shelf sets in retail locations.
• Assist the Account Representative in managing the assigned territory effectively.
• Follow planograms and instructions for setting up and cleaning store shelves.
• Ensure back-room areas are organized and clean.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background check and E-Verify
