Manufacturing Associates

Our client located in West Springfield, MA is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Associates to join their dynamic team. This is a full time, temp to hire position with a leader in the metal finishing industry.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)

Starting Rate: $20.00/hr.

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:

• Perform inspection of the parts before, during, and after processing
• Fully operates all machinery and instruments necessary function
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Locate and understand relevant quality system documentation within the internal operating system
• Follow all procedures to include correctly filling out routers, corrections of input mistakes and notification of superior for all other router related problems.
• Competently process parts with minimum supervision

Manufacturing Associate Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
