Expert Staffing is HIRING Machine Operators in Palmer, MA! These are temp to hire positions with a growing manufacturing company that will offer years of stability.

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shifts available

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Manufactures product by operating fabricating equipment
• Determines order of operations, by reading blueprints, specifications and work orders
• Machine set-up for production
• Runs one or more machines depending on process, regulates machines by setting and adjusting control
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator is a MUST
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Attention to detail
