Expert Staffing is HIRING Inspector Test Packers in Worcester, MA!

Schedule: 7:00AM -3:30PM

Starting Rate: $17.00/Hr.

Inspector Test Packer Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector/Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and are packed efficiently for order fulfillment. Inspect, test, and pack material for storage in a stockroom or shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Test electromechanical components using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specifications, processes, and test procedures.
  • Utilize automated test equipment when appropriate.
  • Conduct talk listed test when appropriate.
  • Conducted visual and mechanical inspection and maintain inspection logs.
  • Escalate any quality issues to the production supervisor as needed.
  • Pack components for storage in a stockroom or shipment per requirements.
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Dexterity to test and pack small components required.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English as patterns/blueprints are in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to pass drug screen
