Inspector

Our client located in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a qualified Inspection Operator to join their team! This a temp to hire role that will offer years of growth and stability.

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Hourly Rate: $23.00/Hr.

Inspector Operator Job Summary:

The Inspector Operator evaluates product at various stages in the production process to assure through visual inspection and/or product testing; product requirements are met. The inspector sifts product to remove debris and defective parts.

Job Duties:

• Read and follow work instructions for each product assigned
• Assure product quality through visual inspection of products for defects as identified on Work Instructions and report any defects immediately
• Load and sift product to remove debris and defective parts
• Inspect and verify visual product requirement conformance of parts
• Weigh and count product and transfer to appropriate inventory location
• Conduct product dimensional tests
• Maintain completed product inventory
• Complete in-process documentation and records according to GDP
• Learn and understand our Quality Policy, Statement and Objectives and maintain a basic understanding of quality management systems related to ISO 13485

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions
• Ability to understand verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills to input daily information
