Job Description
Local Manufacturing facility is seeking a Part Time Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join their team in Gardner, MA.
Schedule: 25-30 hours a week
Starting Rate: $20.00-$22.00/Hr
Summary:
The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for contacting customers, former and current, to evaluate their status and coordinate and drive the involvement of the sales department for projects or follow up needed
Job Duties:
- Reaching out to customers (former & current) via phone as assigned by supervisor in order to verbally check-in and evaluate our status with them and encourage RSM involvement in projects and/or challenges.
- Fulfillment of annual customer satisfaction survey study.
- Using email campaigns, cold calling, or other methods to identify potential customers
- Working with potential customers to determine their business needs, annual revenue, or current vendors
- Daily email work to drive outbound directed email traffic to targets as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintenance of all outbound calling and email activity in Hubspot CRM.
- Development of outbound marketing mailings as directed by supervisor, directed to appropriate contacts.
- Interface with supervisor and VP of Sales regarding daily feedback on outcomes to obtain further assignments.
- Weekly closeout reporting on activity to supervisor
Skills and Requirements:
- 2-4 years marketing/telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Ability to read,write and speak English
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
