Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Starting Rate: $19.00/Hr.
Forklift Operator Job Duties:
- Operate forklifts
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Refueling propane tanks for filling forklifts
- Processing paperwork on computer
- Clearing the warehouse floor of product and scrap
- Ability to comfortably use a ratchet, utility knife and other tools as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Forklift Operator Experience:
- Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as order picking techniques.
- Safety conscious
- Mechanical Aptitude
