We are seeking qualified Food Production Operators to join our team in the food processing industry!
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts
Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment according to established hygiene standards.
- Fabricate and package food products while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues for timely resolution.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food processing to maintain product integrity.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and monitoring production metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food production environment
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and GMP
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations related to production processes.
