Recruiting Onsite Manager

Expert Staffing is looking for a dedicated Recruiting Onsite Manager to oversee workforce operations directly at our client’s high-volume distribution center.

Job Summary: As the Onsite Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a large-volume account, overseeing daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance metrics to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Recruiting Onsite Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client and our workforce
• Oversee daily check-ins, shift coverage, and attendance
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new hires
• Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Manage weekly payroll reporting (Peoplenet Time Clocks)
• Manage employee onboarding paperwork
• Process I9 & Everify verifications
• Facilitate in-house background checks and drug screening
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and internal teams
• Identify process improvements and implement the best practices for efficiency

Recruiting Onsite Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in onsite management, staffing, or warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to pass criminal background check
