Job Description

Our client is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to assist with their Pricing, Billing and Scheduling.

Rate: $19.00-$24.00/Hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays required)

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry order processing
  • Review pricing, validates and enters promos
  • Bill and send invoices to customers
  • Interact with multiple departments (i.e Warehouse Personnel & Sales Team) regarding orders, pricing and inventory.
  • Ensure transportation carriers are schedules to meet customer needs
  • Communicate with outside carriers to confirm availability of products
  • Manage customer database for shipping notices/routing requests
  • Manage verbal and written communication with customers regarding orders and inquiries

Qualifications:

  • MUST have previous pricing experience
  • Must be highly analytical
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory control
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Proficient Data Entry Skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
