Job Description

Our customer is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Morris Plains, New Jersey! This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that specializes in quality handcrafted outdoor products.

Salary Range: $85,000.00-$95,000.00

Customer Experience Manager Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified location and the associated personnel making sure operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Schedule Selections and large projects within the scheduling program
  • Maintain proper staffing levels sufficient to achieve schedule
  • Provide support and training to installers on delivering and installing products to company standards for quality and service
  • Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and to customer’s satisfaction
  • Review and approve new orders and provide constructive feedback to Sales
  • Manage warehouse and/or storage yard, vehicles, and equipment
  • Support the local Showroom operation through the regular maintenance of the interior/exterior display
  • Inventory Management
  • Manage HR

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years Project Management and/or Construction Management Experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Computer and ERP proficiency
  • Positive outlook and ability to effectively lead others to common goals
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focus
  • Ability to understand and lead installation and construction projects, using common retail and light construction business practices
  • Staff hiring and scheduling ability
