Job Description

Are you a skilled CNC Machine Operator with a passion for precision and quality? Our client is hiring CNC Machine Operators to join their team in Milford, CT.

This is a fill time, temp to hire position with opportunities for advancement!

Schedule: 6:00pm-2:00am (Monday-Friday)

**Training will take place on first shift**

Hourly Rate: $25.00+ (DOE)

CNC Machine Operator Essential Functions:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision metal parts
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality control to ensure specifications are met

CNC Machine Operator Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or turning)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming (a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
