Bilingual Food Production Associate

Our Food Manufacturing client is seeking Bilingual Experienced Baking Mixers, Packers, and Production Workers needed in the New Haven Area!

Schedule: 1st shift, 2nd and 3rd Shift

Starting Rate: $15.69/Hr (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients
• Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers
• Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies
• Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process
• Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings
• Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping
• Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately
• Inspecting packages
• Assembling daily orders by shipping location or any other shipping categories
• Filling out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information

Requirements:

• follow and read a recipe,
• select, measure and weigh ingredients.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
