Expert Staffing is HIRING Accounts Receivable Clerk in Leeds!
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch
Rate: Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year
Job Duties:
- Process Credit Cards using a book and ship method.
- Apply cash on a daily basis.
- Update Collateral spreadsheet on a daily basis.
- Report monthly ineligible AR to bank.
- Issue quarterly rebates and catalog page cost to customers.
- Obtain credit applications from prospective new customers.
- Coordinate foreign shipments with freight forwarders and customers.
- Handle credit hold throughout the day.
- Issue credits for returns and damaged goods.
- Maintain customer master files.
Requirements:
- Four year Bachelor’s degree with a focus in accounting
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not necessary
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention Detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in Asset Based Lending a plus but not necessary.
