Job Description

Large Food Manufacturing Facility in Wilmington, MA is HIRING 2nd Shift Machine Operators.

Schedules:

  • Wednesday-Saturday (4:30pm-3:00am) OR Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (4:30pm-3:00am)

Starting Rate:

  • $17.50/Hr

Job Duties:

  • Always maintain Safety and food quality awareness
  • Observe the machine at startup, during runs, and throughout the shift to ensure no issues are present.
  • Make necessary adjustments during product change as some changes have different sizes and configurations.
  • Setup, Inspect, wipe down and sanitize the equipment.
  • Communicate to lead/supervisor for any mechanical issues.
  • Perform general production duties as needed
  • Wear appropriate PPE- frock, gloves, earplugs, slip-resistant footwear.
  • Must follow GMP Standards.
  • Comply with all the safety standards and procedures.
  • Support management decisions, talk positively and encourage positive work environment

Skills & Requirements:

  • MUST have basic math skill understanding.
  • MUST Speak or understand, read, and write ENGLISH.
  • Comfortable working in cold and hot environment.
  • Previous Machine Operating experience
  • Previous Food Manufacturing experience
