Job Description

Our food production facility is currently hiring a 2nd shift Sanitation Supervisor. In this role, you directly manage our sanitation staff and inventory, ensuring that employees adhere to our SSOP as well as local and federal regulations.
 
Schedule: 3:00pm-Finish
 
Job Duties:
  • Oversee daily sanitation operations
  • Schedule and train sanitation employees
  • Maintain inventory of disinfectant and other cleaning supplies
  • Keep documentation of cleaning schedule
  • Update our SSOP (sanitation standard operating procedure) as needed
  • Conduct workplace audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations
  • Follow SQF (safe quality food) policies and GMPs (good manufacturing practices)
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within manufacturing setting
  • Experience in a food production environment
  • Working knowledge of HAACP (hazard analysis and critical control points)
  • Communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
