Welders/Riggers/Class A Drivers

Our client located in Southbridge, MA is seeking qualified Welders, CDL Drivers, Riggers and Millwrights to join their team!

*Schedules and Pay Rates are dependent on position & experience*

Welders:

Job Duties & Qualifications:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Proven experience in welding, manufacturing (MIG/TIG)
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to pass background and drug test
• Ability to speak English

CDL Class A Drivers:

Job Duties & Qualifications

• Operate company-owned vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver materials, supplies and equipment to and from job sites
• Ensure that loads on trailers are properly tied down before transport
• Keep a driver’s daily log in accordance with DOT regulations
• Inspect vehicles on a daily basis and complete a vehicle condition report
• At least 2 years of related experience is required
• Must hold a Commercial Driver’s License Class A, with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug testing and background check
• Minimum OSHA 10, OSHA 30 a plus
• Forklift certification a plus

Riggers/Millwrights:

Job Duties & Qualifications

• Set up and rigging of large-scale heavy equipment & machinery
• Position, align, or level machines, equipment, and structures
• Test mechanical products or equipment
• Signal directions or warnings to co-workers.
• Knowledge of hoisting and forklift operation necessary
• Experience using rigging and hoisting devices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug testing and background check
• Minimum OSHA 10, OSHA 30 a plus
• Forklift certification a plus
