Production Planner/Scheduler

 As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet client demands.

Schedule: 1st shift

• Coordinate the raw material requirements with the Material Handler and Purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.
• Submitting purchase orders for approval to purchase raw materials and finished goods
• Provide direction and support for work-in-process on the manufacturing floor with various departments, making sure priorities are known and delivered upon in a timely manner.
• Meeting on time delivery key performance indicators
• Assist with running production reports for management
• Work with Team lead on physical inventory
• Assist Production Manager to ensure on-time deliveries
• Contribute as a team member of the enterprise resource planning system implementation for Phase II functionality.
• Assist with the preparation of data and training in the enterprise resource planning system as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have previous knowledge of production planning/scheduling within a warehouse environment
• Ability to adjust to a fast-paced workplace
• Must be versed in safety protocol
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
