Job Description

Expert Staffing is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee our client’s Powder Coating Department. This is a temp to hire position that will offer years of growth and stability.

Schedule: 6:00am-2:00pm (Monday-Friday) (overtime when necessary)

Rate:$25.00-$30.00/Hr

Job Duties:

  • Provide guidance and instruction to the Powder Coating Department
  • Supervise group of 5-7 employees
  • Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any performance issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous Powder Coating Experience required
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Self starter
  • Works well independently and with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
