Part Time Test Proctor

Our client is seeking a qualified and professional Part Time Test Proctor to join their team in Fall River, MA!

Schedule:

• 3:30pm-8:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: $16.00/Hr.

Duties:

• Administer examinations to students in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a secure testing environment to prevent any form of academic dishonesty.
• Monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with testing regulations.
• Compliance with testing vendor, federal and state licensure rules, policies, and procedures
• Verify identification methods with conviction and authority
• Check-in of candidates with digital photos, fingerprinting and scanning of pre-requisite documents
• Processing I-9 employment authorizations and fingerprinting for federal and state background checks

Qualifications:

• Previous Office/Administrative experience required
• Ability to pass criminal background & drug screen
• Ability to speak English is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs if needed
• Computer experience ( Microsoft Excel/Word, Printing/Scanning)
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with students and faculty.
• Proficient communication skills to clearly instruct and educate examinees.
• Experience working with students or administering standardized testing is advantageous.
