3rd Shift Supervisor

Expert Staffing is HIRING 3rd shift Supervisor in Gardner, MA area!

Schedule: 10:30 pm – 7:30 am

Rate: $20-$25/hr (DOE)

Job Duties:

· Assign machines to operators and modules to floor persons.

· Follow production schedule and advise floor personnel of any upcoming changes in material, color etc.

· Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment.

· Oversee and enforce safety and quality standards.

· Perform minor maintenance repairs.

· Administration of shift, documentation, reports, time cards, attendance, vacation, performance, etc.

· Manage shift personnel work activities to ensure that all responsibilities are met.

· Complete daily production records.

· Conduct performance appraisals and solve routine personnel problems.

· Special projects, as assigned

Requirements:

· Must be able to understand and work from written and/or verbal instructions.

· Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language and understand/ work with basic math functions and counting.

· Must be able to lift and stack materials up to and in excess of 40lbs.

· General knowledge of injection machine operations.

· Comprehensive understanding of molds
